Default Device Issues

I've a feeling that Mass Storage Device may refer to SATA drives even though
they are listed elsewhere in Device Manager.
I also need a Flatbed Scanner driver for a Benq 4300 with Vista 64 bit. Adn
I have Unknown Device too - I've not a clue what this might be as evrything
seems to be working OK except the scanner.

Hi!

I did also a clean install.
I cannot access my USB Mass Storage Device.
So, no access to compact flask coming from my Canon camera and no access to
my mobile disk of 2 GIGA.

It seems in this forum that many people have the same proble with USB.

In Windows XP, it worked very well.

Have a nice day! Roger

I just did a clean install of Vista and it is telling me it cannot find
drivers for the following:

Mass Storage Controller
Multimedia Video Controller

I am not sure what these pertain to but wondering if anyone can help me
figure it out.

Thanks
Scott
