This link http://download.windowsvista.com/pre.../download.html
has been given, whihc I'm downloading now. But what about the PK? Do I use my 5384 (from CPP) PK? I would go search for it on the net, but that PK would be 'used'. |

Yes, use the key you got when you signed up for the Beta 2 CPP.

There will be no 64 bit version of the pre-RC1 build.

Hello SAM-R,
You should be able to. The key determines what edition gets installed and I used my Home Premium key to install on a test system and it worked. Jane,
Where does it say to use the Beta 2 key?. "Jane C" wrote in message ... Yes, use the key you got when you signed up for the Beta 2 CPP. ![]() "M@dhat3rr" wrote in message ... I'm not trying to be pedantic Jane, it's just that I relayed to someone (who
heard about the pre-RC1 download) that a key is required & I was looking for a page that stated this, to convince them that if they did not have a Beta 2 CPP, or MSDN, key they were wasting their time. Do you agree with this?. "Jane C" wrote in message ... It doesn't But your Beta 2 key will work fine.-- Jane, not plain 64 bit enabled ![]() Batteries not included.
