I have a similar problem, but the message I get says "orbicam has stopped
working. Windows will close the program and look for a solution." (That is a paraphrase not the exact quote.) Then it closes and does not mention any type of solution. My computer is only a few weeks old, too. When the screen saver comes up and goes to the part that demonstrates the camera, it does work. So, the problem must have something to do with software rather than hardware -- Randy "kropp1000" wrote: when i try to open [acer orbicam]it says jpeg fatal error, not a jpeg file:starts with 0x42 0x4d.and it wont open, what does that mean and how do i fix it.i restored it back to factory and it didnt work.the computer is only 2 weeks old HELP PLEASE |
