I have a new laptop and a new desktop both with Vista home premium. The
laptop is networked to the desktop for wireless access to internet, email and printing. But I can't print. Desktop prints fine, laptop give me the "windows can't print due to problem with current Printer setup. Check the printer by printing a test page (can't do it from the laptop, can do it fine from the desktop). Or Make sure the printer is on and online (which it is). Or Reinstall the printer driver (which I haven't done)... Because 3 days ago I was printing fine - and then suddenly couldn't and haven't been able to since. Should I try reinstalling the printer driver (and can someone tell me how to do this ?) or is it something else? Thanks for any help. |
