in vista when ever i boot up my router resets and some times it just resets
whenever it likes i dont know why and it does not do this in winxp can someone help my pc is a core2 quad q6600 nforce680imotherboard 2gig ddr2800 7900gt soundblaster audigy2 360gb hdd |

check with the router vendor support site for a firmware upgrade.
check for a new driver for your NIC post the text output of ipconfig /all need this info to be of any real assistance.
