Vista and XP Network

Default Vista and XP Network

I have a vista home laptop and a xp home desktop. The XP can see and access
the vista. The Vista can see the xp but cannot access it as it gives an error
0x80070035 which is The Network Path was not found. How do i fix this so i
my vista can access my xp. Vista is connected using wireless and xp is
connected directly to the router.

working on my vista network for 2 days and i haven't been able to get my vista machine to get pass the error message 0x80070035

There is no firewalls.
but the xp machine still cannot share files i am confused?!?!?!
