Msconfig shows you have a lot of things in startup but I don't know how
this would cause the delayed slowdown you are getting and you don't seem
to be overburdened with security apps.

I don't think the slowdown has connected to the msconfig because like I
said I have a 40 secs once I got back to the desktop.
