Default explorer crashes

I am trying to share my dial-up connection with my other computers using one
as the host. I have set-up a home network with 2 desktop vista pcs,one laptop
running vista, and one desktop xp, all see each other and interact well. the
problem is.....am on dial-up ONLY, dsl and higher speed internet are none
existant out here...
When right clicking on my dial-up connection in "manage networks" and left
clicking on "properties" internet explorer shuts down and restarts. I cannot
seem to get ICS working in Vista....and this is HOME Premium.....whats the
issue...am I missing something?

I need help....looking into the blackness and....
