Hi,

the following problem:

the WinXP Home computer can use resources from the WinVISTA Home
Premium computer by using
NET USE ...
but not the other way

the other problem:
I'm trying to enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP on the WinVISTA Home Premium
computer:
I did it as it is explained he
http://ecross.mvps.org/howto/netbt.htm
but it still says that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is disabled, why?

all three computers are behind a router and get their IP address from
the DHCPserver of the router box.

What is wrong?

Thanks,
Max

I would check the firewall settings for the first issue.
