We're operating in a domain environment, and I've found that unsolicited
Remote Assistance connections to Vista machines aren't working. I get a "Your offer to help could not be sent" error when I try to connect to a machine. The machine I'm connecting from is running Vista. I can connect to XP machines on the network with no problems. It's just Vista machines I'm unable to connect to. |
