try to look for a lower version of the driver, uninstall your faulty driver
and reinstall.

Isatap {280F3047-8536-4017-A1F3-1E6A8B51A7A7}
Microsoft Isatap Adapter #23 (!)

were all showing errors messages in my device manager and it affected
my WLAN not working.

Please wut can I do?
