Sony Cam not recognised by Vista

Default Sony Cam not recognised by Vista

i have a sony cam that take digital pictures and movie. when i plug the cam
to my computer using usb cable, it recognises the pictures and alows
downloading pictures. when i turn the camera to vedio mode for downloading
the vedio, it says please connect camera, while the camera is connected. any
suggestions or any drivers that i should load. the downloading of vedio works
well on windows xp.

Have you checked with Sony for a full featured Vista driver/software for
your camera?
Contact Sony tech support and report the video problem to them. They *may*
have a solution.

check with Sony for USB drivers for you type of camera for video.
