I'm looking for a tool that will compile data in this network segment
of every static ip, mac address, and switch port

Plz help me if you can I m in big trouble

For a single network segment, Angry IP Scanner, and SoftPerfect Network Scanner,
will provide IP addresses and MAC Addresses. Switch ports, I fear, you're on
your own. If you have a managed switch, that would be (may be) provided by the
vendor of the switch.
