Default USB Voip Phone

I'm getting a "Device cannot start (Code 10) message when I try to install my
Cyberphone K USB device.

Both the USB Human Interface Device and the VoipVoice USB Phone devices show
this problem and are banged in device manager.

I've got exactly the same problem. The software was installed correctly, but
'the device cannot start'. Additionally, I tried to update the USB Voice
driver with the one provided by the company that produced the phone, but I
couldn't and I got the message that it does not work with windows 32
environment. In windows xp there was no problem with Cyberphone K.
