Default Strange Internet connection behavior

The problem is the following. After some time some of the programs lose their
Internet connection. Skype and ICQ are still running and connected while IE
of Firefox cannot display any web page. Vista says that it i connected, my
computer have ip address. I've tried to repair the connection but does not
change anything. After restart everything is fine again for next few hours
and so on.
