Yesterday Time Warner Cable's high speed internet was down and I called
customer support. Despite my telling them that my brother was also down on the other side of town they insisted it was my computer. They had walked me through a bunch of stuff and enventually the lady had me delete my network connection. Now that the system is back up I cant get on the internet from my main computer. However I can still get on XBOX Live and log on to the internet on my wife's laptop? How can I get my settings back to they way they were before she had me mess with them? Help please! |

Ring them back; they know your settings.
