Default Sansa e200 mp3 Player and MTP Mode

Is there any way to get Windows Vista RC2 to recognize my Sansa e200 mp3
player in MTP Mode when I plug it into the USB port? Device Manager reports
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)." Thanks for any help or suggestions!

Hi,

Code 10 means no driver to support the device could be found. You will need
to check with Sandisk to see if they provide a Vista compatible driver yet,
or you can try an XP driver (these often work).

You were right. I updated the firmware to the latest version and it works
great now. Thanks for the help!

Same thing happens (or rather -dosen't -happen) to me. I have Sansa
240(?). It recognises the MTP at work but not home. Have XP both
places. Downloaded MS driver at home, but still no worky. I've
downloaded latest Sansa firmware as well.
