Vista Sync and large USB thumb drives 1+gb
I have a 4gb usb thumb drive and every time I plug it in Windows Media Player
starts the Device Setup (I'm thinking because its over 1gb it thinks its a mp3 player). My question is how do I stop this from happening with out turning off syncing all together? |

You need to change the default action to open instead of play via media player. If you never set the option then it would ask you what action you would like to take every time. Look at the properties for the thumb drive and change the default action to ask or open. |
