When the Defragmenter tells you that you don't need to defrag your computer,
you can still hit the 'Defragment Now' button to start defragging your hard drive. However, if it tells you that you do not need to defragment your hard drive, then your disk is not particularly fragmented and is probably not the cause of any performance issues you may be experiencing.
