I can't change my desktop background
my desktop has a black background, whenever i go to properties, it won't let
me change any of my backgrounds. do you have any idea to fix this I rather just have it back to the Vista background. Swtboodie

I can't change my desktop background
No error messages and my setting are not grayed out. When I try to change the
background colors come up and It wont let me pick any pictures or any of the sample pictures. I went to ease of access and made sure nothing was check and still cant change my background. I called for help but they just set up another user. I need all the stuff I put through this user... I can't change my desktop background
There may be some Policies in place. To determine that, use the following steps:
Press WinKey + R to bring up the Run dialog.
