Contact SpeedStream. SpeedStream is the source, not Microsoft.

Use the ethernet port and you won't need any driver:



Broadband Connections via Ethernet or USB

The SpeedStreamĀ® 4100 Ethernet model works with any
Ethernet equipped PC, regardless of operating system. With
the 4200 Ethernet/USB combo model, subscribers get the
flexibility of connecting through either the Ethernet or a
USB port.

No point using USB if you have an ethernet port.
