Default Reset Vista Proxy in Command Line

Hi everyone! I changed my proxy in order to try to connect the Internet, but
Msn Messenger, Windows Update and Windows Mail can no longer connect! How can
I reset the proxy in command line?? Please answer, it's quite urgent.

Why command line?

Just open control panel from start menu, internet options, connections,
settings and make your changes.
