Can't install new programs
My vista premium is running very badly.
I can't open IE. I can't install anything new on the machine! If I try to install a new program, it always stops around 95%. I have AVG fre edition and every day it tries to update the virus database... every time it gets stuck at 95% -- icelandaurora.com

I have had enough of Microsoft!
Their programs are expensive and none of them work, support is non existant and confusing. I have posted 4 messages asking for help and had 0 replies. I am spending all my free time trying to fix my computer because it has VISTA installed. I want to know how to ACTUALLY contact microsoft so they can either give me a refund for the broken operating system they sold me.
