USB devices not recognised
Hi, I have installed buld 5384 on a HP nx7010. After a few months on getting
everything working I am now left with 1 problem: sticks, headsets or mouse connected in one of the USB ports are not recognised. I don't even get a pop up after insertion. Yet in device managers all seem OK..Interestingly though, 4 ports are reported in device manager but the machine has only 3 (and 1 fireware). I have deleted the USB hubs in device managers and the 4 of them got re-installed again.. What else can someone think of? I am stuck. Thanks |
