Default On xp can see files in vista but not open

It looks like I finally have almost everything set. I can see and open files
in xp from vista. I can also see files in vista from xp but can't open them.
Says-Is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network
resource. Access denied. I've double checked all settings. i know its
something simple but I can't find it. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Doug

I would check the permission in the Security tab first. These search results
may help.
