hello
**please help!!** if you can help me, i would be so grateful asi am not very computer savvy. i have just got a new computer, fresh out the box, but i am unable to link it to my router. everytime i click onto internet explorer and type an address i get a pop up stating: "MICROSOFT VISUAL C+ + RUNTIME LIBRARY" * runtime error program c:\programfiles\internetexlorer\explore.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. please contact the applications support team for more information. i have contacted my isp and they say it is a vista software problem. i am at my wits end as i don't know how to get round this. i've tried the vista start up wizard and then i get an error 815 message. i am now typing this on my ancient computer via my old modem and am near tears as the shop i bought the new computer from won't help me. i don't know what on earth to do. i am |
