Problems with RICHED20 error, HELP!!!!
Hi, I have had iTunes for ages and all of a sudden its stopped working. I get
the error message: C:\Windows\system32\RICHED20.dill is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. I have done two independent virus checks both of which came back clear and have tried to install Vista again but get the same error message. I have now uninstalled iTunes and can not install the new version. Please can someone help, no one seems to be able togive me any pointers on other sites i ve tried. Many thanks |
