Hello
I tried to setup printer sharing on a windows XP desktop (connect to an HP 3745 Deskjet printer) and laptops that run either windows XP or Vista. The windows XP laptops are able to print fine. Print sorta works on the Vista laptop but not quite - the printout is on the wrong side of the page and reversed (characters are reversed and print right to left, so the document reads fine if you read it from the backside of the page!). Is this a problem with the driver that the Vista laptop downloaded, or something else? thanks for your thoughts |

Go to HP's website and download the correct drivers for Vista. Uninstall the ones you have and install the latest ones. If you already did this and have the latest ones, contact HP to see what they say. Malke -- Elephant Boy Computers www.elephantboycomputers.com "Don't Panic!" MS-MVP Windows - Shell/User |
