can you state out your programs which are running during startup(by
using msconfig-just type 'msconfig' at run)

the possibly causes of this problem:
a) driver problem
b) program problem
c) unnecessary service

you can try out this way:
a) disable all the start up programs UNLESS you feel that they are
extremely needed for you
b) disable all third party service(listed out in msconfig)

about the readyboot folder, i have some file in it with .fx extension
