Default IP Address Password Prompt

When I type in my IP address it prompts me for a username + password. I have
tried my modem access, Windows Login & ISP passwords but none will let me in.
Which username and password is this prompt referring to?

Default IP Address Password Prompt

Why and where are you typing in an IP Address?

Default IP Address Password Prompt

I am typing in the IP from my computer which I retrieved from SSL script. I
have tried typing this from another computer but it comes up with a search
page telling me that a remote computer cannot find it. My purpose of doing
this is to attempt to setup a remote desktop.
