Default video card does not meet minimum rquirements

I have a GeForce MX 4000nvidia video card that meets minimum system
requirements. It has 128 mb ram it is a 3d fuzion graphics card. Aero does
not function and windows dvd maker does not function. Vista states that the
driver is current it is the xddm nvidia driver. Cadr is direct x 9
compatible. what do I need to do to use these functions?
