Hi,
Windows Vista with Danish language pack When using console in DOS mode, local characters is wrong Danish letters זרו = ;'[ All regional and keyboard settings are Danish Output from 'chcp' command shows codepage as 850 Output from 'mode con' command shows codepage as 850 config.nt and autoexec.nt are standard Behavior in a 'cmd' window is correct, it is only when invoking the DOS mode console it fails - ie when using the EDIT ms-dos editor. It used to work in Windows XP right out of the box and I need it to work for some old software. Please let me know if it is a new feature or a bug? -- Hans |
