I cannot get past the Launcher. I get to "Downloading _aunchpad.exe" and the
status bar quits moving and the program dies. I have turned off the firewall
and I cannot run it.

Any suggestions to get EQ2 to actually run under Vista? This is build 5536.
It used to work before I did a fresh install with this Pre-RC1 build HELP!

I was lucky I guess, I was able to download the vista and install it w/o any
trouble. I downloaded for about an hour, burned to dvd for about 15 minutes,
installed about an hour last night and voila! It worked! I did a clean
install by the way. Only thing is it didn't find the driver software for

didn't have drivers for HP printers.

I hope I don't get in trouble by saying this, it looks exaclty like the
current MAC OS X!!!

Mac - Gidge = Vista - Gadget
Mac - Dashboard = Vista - Sidebar
Mac - Spotlight = Vista - Instant Search

and etc... hmmmm..... I still like windows though ;-)
