Default Creativity Fun Pack Compatibility

I downloaded the Windows XP Creativity Fun Pack (for Windows Movie Maker),
but I keep getting this message when I try to install it: "Windows XP
required for this installation."

Is this only XP compatible, or is there some way I can fix this?

Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?
(Right click the installer, choose properties from the menu, select the
compatibility tab, select run as admin and run as xp SP2)

or it may just be that the versions of movie maker are somewhat incompatible
