Default I AM NOT ABLE TO INSTALL VISTA, HELP !!!

Hello,

I tried to install Beta2 but id didn't worked and I gave up,

yesterday I downloaded RC1 hoping that the problems resolved, but it is not
installed either.

I have;

Pentium 3GHz
ASUS P5GD2 (intel chipset) mainboard,
89GB Samsung IDE HDD (clean, empty)
1 GB DDR2 Memory
ATI Radeon X1300 Graphic Card

I burned the ISO file on a DVD and try to make a clean install, it comes to
a point (a blue wallpaper) I see the cursor and I can move it but it does not
go any further, waited a few hours nothing happens,

I powered-off the computer and tried to start in safe mode, this time it
stuck at a point (loaded files on screen) and stop and waits, no life symptom
at all,

I am currently studying my computer science master degree, I tried every
possible way I can think of, but no.

I begin to think that the final release will do the same thing,

can I return the final release if it doesn't work?

thank you.
