Default Modem Access Problem

I everyone.

Recently I have started a problem with all my DialUp Connections that I've
configured on my vista laptop.

Before I can initiate the connect process succesfuly. The proces end whit
the legend "You are conected to DialUp Conection" but the icon show me the
legend "Access: Local only".

And when I try to surf the web just I can't.
Several days ago the icon access show me the status of: Local e Internet
Access and the network map show me Full conectivity to Internet and everyting
was wonderfull, but now, just I cant change the status of all my dialup
connections (I have more than one and the simptom is the same for all) to
other than Local Access only.

I am writing this post since a Internet Free Surf place, because on my home
I can't do it anymore.

Please some help because I dont know what is happening whit my DialUp
Conections.

Best regards to all.
Since ya George.
