Hi,
I am trying to share a "My Music" folder on my Vista Home Premium machine. It shares only the top-level My Music folder but no subfolders. I have tried to make subfolders inherit permissions from My Music but to no avail--they still come up not shared, even when I add "Everyone" and "Full Control" to the permissions of the My Music folder. In short, how does one get sharing to apply to all subfolders? For me, the folder My Music has over 1000 subfolders, and so it would be impossible (practically) to share them all separately. Thanks for any thoughts. |
