My both Vista RC1 and Beta 2 installations hang when i enter my product key.
I don't have a DVD burner hence using alochol 120% to mount . my computer specs - CPU:Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.06GHz Memory: 1024.00 MB Hard Disk Drives: "C" - 4.88 GB Free (9.75 GB Total) "D" - 2.38 GB Free (9.25 GB Total) "E" - 28.50 GB Free (32.13 GB Total) "F" - 4.63 GB Free (33.00 GB Total) "H" - 12.75 GB Free (27.50 GB Total) my current xp install is on C drive and want to install vista on E drive . Dont want the upgrade . Please advice me what to do now the ISOs are not corrupt as i installed with B2 iso before too . |

Maybe before starting the install try performing a clean boot using msconfig
to make sure nothing running in the background is interfering. Another thing you can try since you mounted the ISO is actually copy the contents of the ISO to a folder on the root of your C: drive and begin setup from there using setup.exe. Thanks for reply but everything good now . i copied the whole iso files to
disk and ran setup from there and got through it.
