my task bar at the bottom keeps doing weird stuff. like getting all out of

Hi all,
I've got a lot of updates that refuse to install. Download is ok, install is ok, but after reboot, Windows Update tells me these updates failed to install. They are : Mise Ã* jour pour Windows Vista (KB938194) Détails concernant l'erreur : Code 80070003 Mise Ã* jour pour le filtre de courrier indésirable Windows Mail [octobre 2007] (KB905866) Détails concernant l'erreur : Code 80070003 Mise Ã* jour pour Windows Vista (KB941651) Détails concernant l'erreur : Code 80070003 Many thanks in advance Jonathan |

I installed the update, but I still have the same problem as Casey. If you do
ctrl-alt-del and end task on explorer and then restart explorer, the issue goes away. But it is very irritating to have to do this 2 or 3 times in an evening of computer use. You can see the issue starting..taskbar will flicker or text in the buttons will go away or even title bars of windows will become unreadable. You still may have the use of taskbar buttons and right clickability but all of that will go away eventually. Explorer is slowly being corrupted it appears.
