Default File and Printer Sharing Keeps Turning Off

I have 2 Lenovo Thinkpad R61i notebooks running Vista Home Premium.

I have set up a folder on each computer to be shared with "Everyone" as
"CoOwner".

I have a persistent problem on both machines that they will randomly turn
off "File and Printer Sharing" in Wireless Connection Properties.

If I turn on the option in both PCs, I can use the folders on both machines
with no issues - even mapped a drive on each machine.

Can you give me a hint as to those things that might automatically cause
File and Printer Sharing to be turned off?

I am using these PCs on multiple wireless networks.
