Default BSOD 0x101 - Please Help

After much trouble shooting, I found my upgraded CPU, the Athlon 64 X@
6400 was defective. I out my old Athlon X@ 4600 in and the problem went
away. Sent a RMA request to Newegg. Well see how it goes.
