Type what's between the " " in a CMD prompt as admin

" *BCDEdit /set PAE forceenable* " enable use of 4GB RAM
" *BCDEdit /deletevalue PAE* " disable ability to see 4GB RAM


Windows desktop OS's only use PAE to enable DEP. The address windowing
extensions aren't enabled except in Windows server OS's.
