Processor
etc. Your system resources may be limited and with this info. we may be

The laptop is not powering down. It is probably going into hibernate. A
good idea would be to remove ac power AND the battery. This would force
the laptop to start from cold..

You will most likely have to do a destructive restore on your computer. If
you have no backups of important stuff, find somebody who will hook your
drive up to their computer and save what you can..
