I tried connecting my Blackberry Pearl to my laptop running Vista Home
Premium, via Bluetooth. I have the drivers, and pointed Vista to their location during install, but it continually prompts me saying that I need to install the drivers for my new Bluetooth device. I have found no way to disable this message. (None of the options make the message go away for good.) The Bluetooth connection doesn't work correctly either; at this point in time, I'd just like to disable the message because I have little hope for an actual fix to the entire Bluetooth problem considering all the Bluetooth/Vista complaints I've read. |

I am having the exact problem, I thought I had fixed it with a Widcomm Driver Update; however, there needs to be a response from RIM about this. I will try downloading the RIM USB drivers and see if it works. |

I tried the RIM Blackberry USB drivers 4.3 and Since I have Desktop 4.3
installed, I am not allwoed to install these. If any one knows why BlackBerry Bluetooth Device and Vista Error continues to plague us, please post a possible solution! |
