Default RC1 Installation problem

I have put RC1 onto DVD and ran to install. It reaches the enter Key phase
and then does nothing. The mouse cursor is still working so the system hasnt
crashed. I know a few people have this problem and i was hoping someone may
have found a solution. Please help

Thanks

Try downloading Vista Upgrade advisor, and running it on your PC. Most likely
you have some hardware that isn't compatible with Vista, and the advisor will
point out what. I couldn't get 5600 to install on a MSI K8NGM2-FID either.
The advisor is here from the Vista page.
