All my pc specifications are well tuned for nothin.

I am having the same problem.

I heard somewhere that Winsxs which means Windows Side by Side stores a
copy of all the drivers, the problem is that it keeps a copy of all the
available versions of the same driver for use by different software,
which is why it occupies a lot of space.

It happens mainly when you have installed and uninstalled lot of
softwares.

This is a new feature in Windows Vista, in XP it was there, but didn't
occupied this much space. If you try to delete it or portion of it than
your software or OS may stop working as it should.

I have tried to find out a solution to this but there is no feasible
solution to this right now, the last way is to format your hard drive!
