Default Vista access

I am running Vista ultimate on a windows 2003 server domain and I can access
the domain server just fine with my client, however, I cannot access the
client from the server, i get "\\x-pc is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator, (me), of
this server to find out if you have permissions. The network path was not
found." Firewall is disabled on vista machine.

Yes, the server does see the client, however when accessed I get the above
message.
