Default I cant connect PCs in wireless networking for games

Hi, we have 4 computers in our home and we are sharing our internet using
wirless adapters. All network properties are working fine no problem in our
network, we can see our computers and we can access our workgroup computers
such as reading, copying files .. every thing is fine but the problem is
whenever we tried to play multiplayer games the pcs are not connecting , for
example in Age Of Empire game if one person create a game the other peoples
in our network cant able to see the game created, this problem coming in all
multiplayer games like MOTO GP, FIFA, CRICKET all games, it happens only for
games but all other networking options are working good.

Another Important thing is when we boot our system in Windows XP this
problem is not coming and we can able play multiplayer games with out any
problem in XP. And one more important thing In VISTA if we used to connect
our computers using wired network such as using cable this problem is not
coming.

only when we use wirless connection and VISTA only this problem occurs. I
suspect it may be because of AEGIS protocol but i am not sure.. Experts
please give me a solution for this problem.
