Default Vista to Vista Directory Share Problems

Hi,

I have serious problems on sharing directories and files between two Vista PC.

After some work (a while) on the shared directory it become inaccessible:
Vista seems blocked and I have to reboot...or kill the process.

Any ideas ?

Context:
Static IP, the machines are visible using ping.
Configuration like this: IP 192.168.0.100, NetMask 255.255.255.0, Default
gateway: NULL
Full-control Rights on the shared dirs
Network Adapter economy Power management off
Vista PC works on shared Win XP dir perfectly

Thanks in advance
Stefano

what's the system error if you use net view command, for example net view

No system errors. At the beginning I can copy or read file in/from the
remote dir.

After a while of work, for example using Word or Others Ms Office Products
opening remote files, the system stopping to work properly: All applications
go in state not responding (In title of the windows i read: Not respond) and
I have to Kill or shutdown the machine.

Before to kill or reboot, at this moment, If i submit the initial command (
\\192.168.0.100) also the new window go in Not Responding state.

Any Ideas ?
