Printing documents with fax and scan
I made the mistake of buying a new computer with vista so my HP laserjet 3390
scanner driver is useless and I'm forced to scan documents only to jpg or tif files rather than pdf files. The problem is that I can't open them in anything other than Windows stupid useless photo gallery or picture software. When I try to print documents two problems arise. First, they come out black. Second, I can't print a single page. I have to print the whole document. When I still had XP I was able to open and print tif documents so you could read them. What am I doing wrong? |
